We have now reached the end of the 2017-2018 session. Here are some announcements for the month ahead:
1. Results will be released on 5th March, between 9am and 11am. All dues must be paid in full before collecting the report cards.
2. School re-opens on the 11th April. Hostellers must arrive on the evening of the 10th.
3. Class IX admission is still open and an entrance exam will be conducted soon for new applicants. Please enquire at the earliest.
This year Divine Intervention School are specifically welcoming applicants for Class IX for the 2018-2019 session, which commences in April.
An entrance exam will be held in the coming weeks in order to select students for Class IX. For returning students, admission remains as normal and there is no need for an additional exam.
Please approach the school office as soon as possible to apply.
We would like to bring to attention a new initiative in India called BookBite, which we believe will have a significant positive impact on children’s interest in reading. This is not operated from within the school, but we do endorse it and encourage all parents and guardians to consider taking out a subscription for their children.
Please note that we cannot guarantee the workshops and visitors associated with the BookBite+ and BookBite Engage subscriptions due to our location and the fact that this is a new initiative. However, the more students subscribe, the more likely it is that we will be able to arrange such programmes. The boxes themselves, even without the workshops, seem very worthwhile to us.
See the choice of subscriptions below, and click here to contact the BookBite team directly.

For most of the schoolchildren and their families, March is a time of well-deserved rest, basking in the glory of exam success. But back on campus, work is afoot to beautify the campus ready for the new session. Even the teachers have been hard at work, preparing the new textbooks and notebooks for their classes.
From spectacular murals to a new glass frontage, see the pictures for a taster of what awaits the kids in April. We even have the Public Works Department to thanks for finally resurfacing the road outside the school. Kids and bus drivers can look forward to a smoother ride to school next session!
